A new Evolution Series structure for EGGcelsior
Eggcelsior Poultry Farms Inc. is committed to build and develop an advanced poultry farm to support a high quality supply of eggs in the local market with a vision to become the leading poultry farm in the Philippines.
How did we act?
After having ascertained Eggcelisor’s need, we recommended the Evolution Series building from C-lines. C-lines supported their growth with a 14m x 93m Layer building with 5 rows x 5 tiers layer cages. Beyond the main expansion project, C-lines also included connecting corridors for egg conveyor, manure shed extension, gutter and downspout for future rain water collection. Every detail was verified with the customer and the delivery schedule was regularly updated.
What are the advantages for the customer?
Simplification and flexibility were our keywords to deliver this project on time. The deadline of the project was very tight and included a lot of unexpected events. First, theCOVID19 pandemic put the delivery schedule at risk. C-lines simplified the project execution and helped the local team with issues from the pandemic. Second, they had to be flexible to adapt the solution to the available space and difficult weather conditions from a monsoon.
